    Before you book

    How do I make a booking on your website?

    Simply log in to our web page and there you’ll see the submission that you need to fill out, then as soon as you send it over you will received a confirmation e mail with your booking ID and your arrival instructions.

    Before you travel

    Hat luggage entitlement will I have?

    We entitle you to have 2 pieces of luggage and a carryon bag per person.

    What information do I need in order to book?

    You will need: The name of the reservation, your arrival and departure dates, flight information as airline name, number & time, hotel or RB&B name, telephone and email and finally, number of passengers.

    Where will I meet the driver when I arrive?

    Once you exit customs and baggage, go out from the glass door, you’ll see numbers on top of the shades there, go all the way to the shade number 10 and our drivers will be there wearing black shirts with our logo and gray pants and holding a sign with our company logo.

    I cannot find the route I want to book. What to do?

    Simply find a hotel that is nearby or select Zone 1, 2, 3, 4 or send us an email sales@cabotransportation3.com to help you with the reservation.

    What happens if U can’t locate my driver?

    You can always call us at David Orta Manager: +52 624 136 5931 (Movil), Los Cabos Office: +52 624 124 3996 and we can help you to find your driver.

    How do I pay for my transfer with more than one stop?

    You can send us your reservation via email to be able to give you the correct quote and also to have the correct reservation for you.

    My group size has changed, can I chose another vehicle?

    Yes, you can do that, but please let us know as soon as possible but at least 48 hours in advance to make the proper changes.

    How long will the transfer take?

    That depends on the zone of your destination, example:

    Zone 1 San José – between 20 to 30 minutes

    Zone 2 Corridor – between 30 to 40 minutes

    Zone 3 Cabo San Lucas – between 40 to 50 minutes

    Zone 4 Pacific – between 50 minutes to 1 hour

    Zone 5 North Pacific – between 1 hour to 1 hour and 15 minutes

    Todos Santos – between 1 1/2 to 2 hours

    Los Barriles – between 1 1/2 to 2 hours

    La Paz – between 2 1/2 to 3 hours
